HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15988 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A5 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.50 of 2014 of Nacharam P.S., Ranga Reddy District which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 420, 506, 509 IPC and Sections 3 (1)(x) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 14.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Nacharam PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as PRC No.4 of 2015 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.
