ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"that the High Court may be pleased to call for the records in CTA.No.58 of 2010 dt. 18.3.2011 on the file of A.P. Co-operative Tribunal, Hyderabad confirming the orders in ARC.No.405/02-CUB-GD dt. 16.8.2010 on the file of Arbitrator/Sub Divisional Cooperative officer, Himayath Nagar Mandal, O/o. Divisional Co-operative Officer, Golconda Division, Hyderabad and quash the same by issuing a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order of direction and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to release the sale deed No.2381/1987 dated 09.3.1987."

At the hearing, Sri K.Ananda Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
