This petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5, 7 and 9 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail in Crime No.77 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Marripadu Police Station, Nellore District, registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 447, 379, 353, 307 IPC and under Section 20(1)(C)(ii)(iii)(IV) read with 20(D)(i) and 29(ii)(b)(4)(a) of A.P.Forest new Amendment Act, 2016 and Act No.15 of 2016 Rule 3 of AP Sandal Wood Transit Rules, 1969 and 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1997 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
