CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.23389 of 2017 Dated:06.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 03.9.2015, in Original Application No.426 of 2010 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') as illegal and arbitrary. After filing of this Writ Petition, the respondents have filed Writ Petition No.29084 of 2017 assailing the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal, the implementation for which the present Writ Petition is filed. Inasmuch as the relief granted by the Tribunal in the said O.A is put to challenge in Writ Petition No.29084 of 2017, no relief in this Writ Petition can be granted unless the validity of the said order of the Tribunal is upheld in Writ Petition No.29084 of 2017.

In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail a fresh remedy subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No.29084 of 2017. As a sequel, WPMP.No.28891 of 2017 stands dismissed as infructuous.
