THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.16711 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4, and the learned Government Pleader for Home for 5th respondent. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that 4th respondent is not conducting survey as sought for by petitioner in spite of giving notices on 11.07.2019 for conduct of such survey.

Though time has been granted to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, on 07.08.2019 to obtain instructions, the learned Government Pleader states that he has not obtained any instructions in the matter. 4.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as per the application dt.08.05.2019 of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks after issuing notice to all the affected parties including the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
