The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondentStation House Officer, Karkhana Police Station, is not initiating investigation pursuant to her complaint, dated 05.04.2018, against the 4th respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. On instructions from the 3rd respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) submits that a case has been registered against the 4th respondent on 22.04.2018, vide Petty Case No. HYD 25 TC 18100362 on the file of Karkhana Police Station and he placed a copy of the Petty Case Charge Sheet for the offence under Section 70C of City Police Act. Since the complaint has already been registered and filed a Charge Sheet against the 4th respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
