This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.181 of 2011 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 323 IPC.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in FIR.No.181 of 2011 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 20.08.2011 before Lok Adalat. 3.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
