HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.14265 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Challenging a conditional order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal on 19.03.2018, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Sri VSRMV Prasad Sanaka, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Dishit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the Bank.

3. By an order, dated 19.03.2018, the Tribunal granted interim stay on condition that the petitioners deposited Rs.15.00 lakhs. Though the petitioners deposited the first installment of Rs.10.00 lakhs belatedly, they came up with the above writ petition, as they were unable to pay the balance amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs. On two occasions, we granted time to the petitioners to make payment of the balance of Rs.5.00 lakhs at least now. But, the opportunity granted by us would also not been availed of by the petitioners. Therefore, we do not find any merits in the writ petition and we do not find any scope for further sympathy.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
