THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.514 of 2020 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) Learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellants has stated before this Court that today he has filed an interlocutory application i.e., I.A.(SR).No.19653 of 2022 to receive the additional documents and his contention is that the said documents were not placed before the leaned Single Judge and therefore, he may be granted leave to file a review in the matter. Leave is granted to file a review.
