ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not receiving Advance Supplementary Examination Fee for First Year (General (Non-Improvement and Improvement), May, 2015 for the students studying in the 2nd and 3rd petitioner colleges for the academic year 2014-15 and in not issuing Hall Tickets for the ensuing supplementary exams scheduled to be held from 25.05.2015 for the said students as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Admittedly, the cut-off date for receiving of the Advance Supplementary Examination Fee for the academic year 2014-15 is 04.05.2015. Petitioners have not produced any document to show that the cut-off date for receiving of the fee is extended thereafter. Therefore, there are no grounds to admit the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
