HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15093 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The petitioner has not disclosed what is his locus standi for filing this writ petition. The affidavit is as vague, as it can be. On the face of it, the writ petition is frivolous without disclosing what is the cause of action of the petitioners for seeking such a direction.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is also unable to say in what way petitioner is connected with the subject lands. Moreso, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be given by going into the disputed questions of fact.

In view of the same, writ petition is absolutely devoid of merits. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand rupees only) payable by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Authority. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 25.04.2017 dv
