HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15729 of 2017 ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in acting on representation dated 07.04.2017, preventing respondent Nos.4 and 5 from proceeding with illegal construction in premises bearing No.4-2-458, Ramkote, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad, as being illegal and arbitrary.
The sum and substance of the allegations is that respondent No.4 and 5, though have no title to subject land, occupied the same and, are making construction without any permission and without maintaining set-backs. The petitioner, therefore, made representation dated 07.04.2017 to respondent Nos.2 and 3. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to ensure that, if the allegations made by the petitioner in the representation dated 07.04.2017, are true and correct, take action for removal of illegal constructions in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
