HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33977 OF 2017 O R D E R :
The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Havaldhar at Defence Electronics and Research Lab (DLRL) at Hyderabad and he made representation to the authorities to retain him in the present place of working because of his daughter's education who is studying in Hyderabad. Upon receipt of the said representation, the Chief Record Officer by letter dated 19.06.2016 forwarded the application of the petitioner to the transferring authority with a request to consider the request of the petitioner. But, without considering the same, the respondents are going to implement the posting order dated 18.05.2017. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Harinath, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5. Basing on the representation of the petitioner, recommendation was made to the authorities by the Chief Record Officer, vide letter No.DLRL/DSC/PL921/DO/P&A/17, dated 19.06.2017. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Till then, the posting order dated 18.05.2017 shall not be given effect to.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
