Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating as follows:

"It is submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation to the Respondent No.2 through registered post on 30.7.2019 and the same was forwarded to the Circle Inspector of Police, Sathupally Rural through proper channel for causing enquiry. Wherein the Sub-Inspector of Police, Enkoor caused enquiry and the enquiry done disclosed that the allegations made in the petition are false, as such closed the petition as False.

It is submitted that basing on the complaint of one Krishna Puli, a case is registered against Mastan SK and another in Crime No.92/2019, U/s.294-B, 447, 506 r/w 34 IPC of Enkur police station on 21.7.2019, wherein the said Krishna Puli gave the complaint stating that one Mastan SK and Potta Nagabhushanam criminally trespassed into his land in Sy.No.108 and 109, further abused him filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. It is submitted that in the above said case the said Mastan SK is arrayed as Accused No.1.

It is submitted that keeping that in mind, the above case the petitioner had come up with present writ petition to bring pressure on the police officials, all the averments and contention raised in the writ affidavit are false are denied".

Recording the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of

granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedies available to him under law, against registration of crime. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
