Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the learned counsel for petitioner has not taken steps on account of the death of petitioner/Decree Holder as per the order dated 18.11.2016 of this Court.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2016. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
