This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 01.02.2013, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, passed in I.A.No.362 of 2011 in O.S.No.192 of 2010.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was disposed of on 26.09.2016. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
