Heard both sides.

A perusal of the order dated 02.06.2017 of the learned III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, only suspending the sentence of imprisonment loosely worded as conviction even taken the same so, there is nothing regarding the suspension of payment of the compensation of Rs.6,00,000/-. Once such is the case, there is nothing to interfere, but for to direct for early disposal of the appeal preferably within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
