Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondentauthorities. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondent-authorities. However, it is needless to state that the respondent-authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No costs.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
