THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.924 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The grievance in this writ petition relates to the agitations in the campuses of Universities in different regions of the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh both for and again bifurcation. As two States have come into being on 02.06.2014, more than two and half years ago, we see no reason to examine the issue raised in the writ petition and leave it open to be examined in appropriate proceedings. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
