Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.96 cents in RS.Nos.252/5 and 252/7, Dwarapudi Village, Vizianagaram Mandal and District. Petitioner is aggrieved of inclusion of above property in the list of prohibited properties. On coming to know the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector on 30.08.2016 requesting to delete the property from the list of prohibited properties and to issue 'no objection certificate'. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioner claims that representation was already made and the same is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector to examine the request of the petitioner as per the representation made on 30.08.2016 and to furnish suitable reply as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
