After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the suit in O.S.No.720 of 2017 filed by her against the lessee. Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Counsel for respondent - Corporation, however, opposes writ petition.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
