Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has preferred appeals on 01-02-2010 and 05-11-2012 challenging two punishments imposed on her on 19-01-2010 and 17-05-2012 before 1st respondent and that 1st respondent had not disposed of the said appeals till date. 3.

Though time was granted to the learned Government Pleader for Services to obtain instructions as to why the said appeals have not been disposed of, he states that no instructions have been received from 1st respondent.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to decide the said appeals, if not already disposed of, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
