This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 challenging the order dated 02.03.2012 in E.A.No.522 of 2010 in E.P.No.35 of 2010 in R.C.C.No.5 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada. As per the office note, E.P.No.35 of 2010 was closed on 01.10.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
