When the matter is called, it is stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 03.03.2017, in W.P.No.4253 of 2017, and the copy of the same is also placed on record along with the material papers. 2.

Following the said order and the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed setting aside the order of suspension, dated 24.10.2016, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ananthapuram, vide R.C.D1CS/2254/2016. However, it is open for the 3rd respondent to pass final orders in the matter pursuant to the show-cause notice, dated 24.10.2016.
