HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.1084 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to punish the respondents for willful violation and disobedience of order of this Court, dated 20.10.2016, passed in W.P. No.35277 of 2016. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that as per the order of this Court in WP No.35277 of 2016, dated 20.10.2016, the representations of the petitioners have been considered and protection has been given to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petition filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of.
