HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Appeal No.1300 of 2017 Judgment: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) This writ appeal is filed by The All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, challenging an interim direction issued by the learned single Judge, in a writ petition filed by the 1st respondent herein, directing the Convenor of EAMCET to allot students for the 1st respondent/College in the third round of counselling.

2. Heard Mr. K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant and Dr. P.B. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. It appears that pursuant to the interim order passed by the learned single Judge, which is under challenge in this writ appeal, a third round of counselling was actually convened. But no student came forward to participate in the third round of counselling. Therefore, the order of the learned single Judge which is under appeal has worked itself out, without bearing any fruit for the 1st respondent. Hence, we do not want to take an academic exercise of finding out whether the order of the learned single Judge is right or wrong. Hence, the writ appeal is closed as nothing survives for adjudication. However, all the questions relating to the rejection by the AICTE, shall be adjudicated in the writ petition.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
