When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that when the services of the petitioner were about to be disengaged, the petitioner filed this writ petition, and on 5.12.2003, this Court was pleased to issue an interim direction and by virtue of the said interlocutory order, the petitioner is being continued. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same. In the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ petition is closed. No costs.
