COMMON ORDER:

The official liquidator in these two Company Applications prays for the following reliefs respectively:- Company Application No.1375 of 2016.

This application is filed under Section 457(1)(e)& 460(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 (for short, 'the Act') read with Rules 9, 275 and 276 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 for disbursement of dividends seeking the reliefs as set out in paras (i) to (ix) of the Company Application.

Company Application No.1376 of 2016.

This application is filed under Section 457(1)(e) & 460(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 (for short, 'the Act') read with Rules 9, 167 & 169 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take the certificate of Form 71 seeking the reliefs as set out in paras (i) to (iii) of the Company Application.

Perused the annexures filed along with the company applications and satisfied that the prayers in the instant applications can be favourably considered.

Accordingly, both the company applications are ordered as prayed for.
