Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The present revision came to be filed questioning the order dated 09.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.1142 of 2015 in O.P.No.6 of 2013 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Huzurabad, wherein the request of the petitioner to call for the documents, the scrutiny papers, nomination papers and other with drawls from custody of the District Collector, was rejected.

3. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial Court in accordance with law.

4. Permission as sought for is granted.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial Court, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
