HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.7630 of 2011 and 3146 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

The Criminal Petition No.7630 of 2011 is filed by petitioners who are accused Nos.5, 6, 10, 11, 13 and 14 and the Criminal Petition No.3146 of 2014 is filed by the petitioner, who is accused No.16, under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.146 of 2011 of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State-respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Government of Telangana has issued G.O Rt No.1241 Law (LA, L.A & JHome-Courts-B) Department, dated 27.11.2014 for withdrawal of prosecution against the accused persons in Crime No.236 of 2011 of CCS, Hyderabad under Sections 341, 353, 147, 186, 506, 188, 427, 149 IPC and Section 3 of PDPP Act, and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952, pending before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad vide SR No.1982 of 2012. 4.

It is further submitted that Crime No.236 of 2011 of CCS, Hyderabad has been transferred from P.S Charminar, and to that effect he filed a letter addressed by Sub-Inspector of Police, Hyderabad wherein it is stated that the investigation

in Crime No.146 of 2011 has been transferred from Charminar, to SIT (Special Investigation Team) and they have filed charge sheet in this case. It is further submitted that no further orders are required in these Criminal Petitions as the proceedings against the accused were even stopped by the Government, these petitions may be closed.

In the light of the letter addressed by Sub-Inspector of Police and considering the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petitions are closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, in this Petition shall stand closed.
