This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the order dated 05.01.2011 in I.A.No.619 of 2011 in O.S.No.42 of 2011 on the file of the XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna District, Gudivada. As per office note, the suit was disposed of on 09.02.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the suit was disposed of.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed.
