This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner-accused, to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.807 of 2015 on the file of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet is already filed in this case and the petitioner-accused has not filed any Discharge Application before the Court below. 4.
Under these circumstances, the petitioner-accused is at liberty to file Discharge Application before the Court below and in the event of filing of any such application by the petitioner-accused, the Court below shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. 5.
With the above observation/direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
