THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4704 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.158 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the appearance of the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in C.C.No.158 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad, is dispensed with. However, the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
