Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioner claims that originally the land to an extent of Ac.0.36 cents in Survey No.401/1 (total Acs.2.29 cents) situated at Kothapalli Village of Gambhiraopet Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District was purchased by one Balaji through Sadabainama dated 10.03.1990 from one Nagapuri Narsa Goud. Subsequently, the said Balaji applied for regularization of Sadabainama to the respondent-authorities through online on 12.06.2016. During pendency of the said application, the said Balaji died on 28.01.2017 and on the application of his wife, Smt. Amrutha, regularisation proceedings were issued in her name under Pattadar Khatha No.1566 dated 30.08.2017. The said Amrutha sold the abovementioned land to the petitioner for family necessities for valid consideration vide sale deed dated 26.09.2017.

After that the petitioner applied to the revenue authorities on 11.10.2017 seeking mutation of the petitioner's name and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds through online by paying requisite amount and appending the relevant documents for issuance of the same. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since it is contended by the petitioner that he made application before the Tahsildar and the same is pending before him, the Tahsildar, Gambhiraopet Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, the fourth respondent, is directed to examine the claim of

the petitioner as ventilated in his application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
