On 14.09.2017, this Court while admitting the writ petition dismissed W.P.M.P.No.38624 of 2017.

Mr.T.Surya Satish referring to the stand taken in the affidavit filed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 submits that a few omissions are noticed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and therefore, the petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2018 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition and file fresh writ petition with comprehensive prayers and details. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
