The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the respondents to register the crime on his complaint dated 5.11.2015. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are registering any crime on the complaint lodged by him. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to register FIR, if any complaint was lodged by the petitioner as stated by him and if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, and proceed in accordance with law. If the respondents fail to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
