The case of the petitioner is that initially she was appointed in the year 1998 as Sweeper and she was posted to work in Government Primary School, Ballu Naik Thanda, Miryalaguda Mandal, Nalgonda District. But the petitioner was not paid salary from January, 2002 to till date and the Mandal Education Officer, Miryalaguda Mandal made request to the 2nd respondent to pay 59 months salary due to her and addressed a letter dated 13-05-2016 to that effect. But inspite of the same, the petitioner is not being paid salary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services on instructions submits that the petitioner was only worked as Part-Time not Full-Time and claiming salary as Full-Time employee.

As already the Mandal Education Officer submitted a report dated 13-05-2015, it is open for the 2nd respondent to take action on the said report for payment of salary to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to take action for payment of salary to the petitioner, which is due to her within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 11-08-2017 Nvl
