THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1748 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of CPC, is filed challenging the order of dismissal dated 14.09.2012 passed in I.A.No.90 of 2010 in O.S.No.30 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nirmal, Adilabad District. At the time of arguments the learned counsel for both parties, in one voice, submitted that both parties entered into compromise and requested that the impugned order may be set aside. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 14.09.2012 passed in I.A.No.90 of 2010 in O.S.No.30 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nirmal, Adilabad District. Consequently, I.A.No.90 of 2010 stands allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
