HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:19627 OF 2017 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed being aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the petitioner's plot No.74, in Sy.No.66/3 of Raidurg, Navkhalsa Village Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under Lay out Regularization scheme notified by the 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 2.11.2015, on the application made by the petitioner on 21.12.2015 .

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. When this matter was taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in W.P.No.45815 of 2016, in similar circumstances, this Court directed the respondents to consider the application of the petitioners therein for regularization of the plots, subject to their eligibility and fulfillment of all the conditions. A copy of the order is also placed before this Court.

4. Considering the circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The respondents are directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for regularization of his plot No.74, in Sy.No.66/3 of Raidurg, Navkhalsa Village Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, subject to his eligibility and fulfillment of all the conditions as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Date: 16th June, 2017 Nn.
