THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.627 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.24 of 2012 from the file of the II Additional District Judge Court, West Godavari District at Eluru and transfer the same to the Court of the Additional District Judge, West Godavari District at Kovvuru for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
