The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the disposal of R.C. No.395 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Rent Controllercum-XII Junior Civil Judge at Hyderabad on 11.2.2014, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
