HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.40627 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus complaining inaction of respondents in issuing Form 16A certificate for the tax deducted at source, while paying compensation, as illegal and arbitrary. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the inaction is addressed and on 31.01.2015, the soft copy as well as hard copy is sent. The instructions are placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed, as no further order is necessary. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
