Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the representation dated 15.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner under Section 133 Cr.P.C., pursuant to the orders passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.L/83/2017, dated 22.03.2017, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, set aside the order passed by the 3rd respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent issued a notice to the petitioner asking her to appear before him on 12.05.2017, but the same was returned as un-claimed. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to appear before the appropriate authority as and when demanded.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent on 18.07.2017, in which event, the 3rd respondent shall deal with the representation, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
