THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2945 OF 2018 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 02.2.2018 in I.A. No.344 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.450 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.344 of 2017 as early as possible. Sri K.R.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel has taken notice on behalf of the respondent and consented for disposal of the I.A. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by both the counsel, the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.344 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above observation and direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
