O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Kalluru Police Station, Khammam District, in not registering the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.05.2019, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home by produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Kallur Police Station, Khammam District dated 13.08.2019, and submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was inquired into and it is found to be of civil in nature, and the same was informed to the petitioner by registered post on 25.07.2019, and she received the same under acknowledgement.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the same. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to avail alternative remedy available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
