THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32637 OF 2012 ORDER:

On 05.01.2016, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader submitted that charge sheet was already filed by the police vide PRC No.8/2011 on the file of IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada.

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
