THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8982 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in proposing to convert the land in survey No.322 of Kanumalla Gram panchayat, Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam District, which is assessed as waste, into house sites to assign in favour of landless poor persons and to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to retain the said land under Kanumalla Minor Irrigation tank and not to convert it into house sites.

Learned Assistant Government for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 produced copy of the letter dt.21.03.2016 in Rc.B/293/2016 addressed by the Tahsildar, in which it is stated that there is no proposal for grant of house sites in survey No.322 of Kanumalla village, Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam District.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
