ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action on the petitioners' representations for stopping the construction by respondent Nos.4 to 12 as illegal and arbitrary. After arguing the case for some time, Mr.V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that his clients requested the Court for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to them to pursue the pending civil suit and implead the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials, if necessary, in the said suit.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46720 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
