Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer3rd respondent on 22-02-2016 against the order of Tahsildar4th respondent dated 08-02-2016. As no orders are passed in the said appeal, the present writ petition is filed. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accordance with law.
