This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff seeking to direct the V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.101 of 2017 in O.S.No.816 of 2017 pending on its file, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff would submit that in the subject Suit, the revision petitioner/ plaintiff filed the subject Interlocutory Application, under Order XV-A read with Section 151 C.P.C., seeking to direct the respondent/ defendant to pay the arrears of rent and future rents and the same is not yet disposed of by the Court below and ultimately, made a request to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject Interlocutory Application, expeditiously.

It is needless to state that the applications of this nature are required to be disposed of expeditiously. Hence, the V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.101 of 2017 in O.S.No.816 of 2017 pending on its file expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J January 03, 2020.
